The world is a funny place sometimes. Not in the sense that death is funny, but in the sense that unusual things are happening every single day. If you're familiar with the Darwin Awards, you'll realize that the world has a unique way of punishing people who make a bad decision. If you're not familiar with them, a Darwin Award is given to someone who dies as a result of their own foolish mistake. A woman in the story you're about to read is worthy of a Darwin Award.
Yooket Paen, a 57 year old from Thailand, lived in a rural area just north of Bangkok called Angthong. She slipped in farmyard mud, grabbed a live wire, and was killed on a Saturday. Her survival instincts had betrayed her.
However, just a few hours later her sister, 52 year oldYooket Pan, was showing her neighbours how the tragic event happened. Of course, as she was recreating the accident, she too, slipped, grabbed the live wire, and was also killed!
