A boy leaves home in the morning to go to school. At the moment he leaves, the house he looks at the clock in the mirror. The clock has no number indication, and for this reason the boy makes a mistake in interpreting the time [mirror-image]. Just assuming the clock must be out of order, the boy cycles to school, where he arrives after twenty minutes. At that moment, the clock at school shows a time that is two and a half hours later than the time that the boy saw on the clock at home.

Don’t Look Down Optical Illusion

How did all of you enjoy Memorial Day? I hope all of you spent the weekend with the ones that you care about and that you had an amazing and fun time. I personally decided to hang out with some friends and family members for Memorial Day and I had an amazing time. Plus, you simply couldn’t ask for better weather. As a matter of fact, I bet a lot of you are reading this post from the comfort of your own home, because I know a lot of you probably didn’t even have to work today. If that’s the case, I hope you’ll allow me to provide you with a little bit of entertainment on your day off with today’s optical illusion.

Engineers building a bridge between Germany and Switzerland found that when the two halves met their elevations differed by 54 cm. Germany bases sea level on the North Sea, and Switzerland by the Mediterranean; someone messed up the correction, doubling it instead of cancelling it out.
