Next time you want to repel mosquitoes, drink Green Tea. This is why that helps.

Next time you want to repel mosquitoes, drink Green Tea. This is why that helps.

Mosquitoes are so pesky. We spend so much on citronella candles and sprays to keep the things away from us.

To keep them out of your house, make sure all sugary items are sealed well. Open cans of pop and fruit lying around are havens for mosquitoes and other pests like gnats.

Bounce dryer sheets repel a number of pests from mosquitoes to wasps and even mice. Place them around the house and by windows and the chemicals in the dryer sheets repel them.

Well brewed and unsweetened green tea repels mosquitoes from your skin. Drinking green tea instead of pop or juice is a much better option.

The chemicals in the green tea are excreted through your pores. It acts as a natural mosquito repellent.

The less sugar in your system, the better, because mosquitoes are attracted to sugar. So, there you have it. Cut out the sugar and drink green tea. It's healthier, anyways.
