North Korea handed out harsh punishments for people who weren't genuinely mourning Kim Jong-Il!

According to sources for the Daily NK, the government handed down punishments as harsh as 6 months in intense labor-training camp to "anybody who didn't participate in the organized gatherings during the mourning perioud, or who did participate but didn't cry and didn't seem genuine."

Also, authorities have turned up the efforts to idolize Kim Jong-Il's heir Kim Jong-Un.

For 12 hours a day, they have vehicles for broadcast propaganda, and people going around talking about how great Kim Jong-Un is.

So next time you find yourself in the funeral of a North Korean dictator, know that you have to at least look legitimatelly sad!
