Well this is what you get someone gives you tickets to football games and the playoffs. Used Jatoba and Hard Maple. It is a combo cutting board and serving dish on steroids. The knife holder is cool and just slides right in as a lever. The pegs holding in the cutting board are done with a pocket hole jig so there is a slight up angle preventing separation. The tray is raised with 4 dowels done with a pocket hole jig. Jatoba is beautiful wood to work with. Chips and salsa anyone.
