3. Grilled Cheese Sandwich
4. Milk and Cookies
5. Milk and Pickles
6. Rat
Does this exercise make you hungry? Studies show that just thinking about food can make your stomach think that it’s about to get fed. This exercise helps builds the skill of your underused sense of taste.
