The Nintendo 64 game GoldenEye revolutionized the multi player feature in first person shooter video games.

In fact, all of the James Bond games following GoldenEye did that. But what's absolutely astonishing is that the multi player in GoldenEye was added last minute, as an afterthought from the development team!

The entire multi player feature in GoldenEye was made by two guys in 6 weeks, without Nintendo having a single idea that it was being made!

The development team, which was supposed to ask Nintendo their financial backers, for the a-ok, didn't reveal their latest addition to the game until the full game was revealed just before it was released!
