I know I’m posting this several months late…..but I wanted to share it.
I work in Sports Medicine, but we also have a pediatric therapy department in our clinic. Each year the pediatric department has a fall festival for their current and past patients and their families. This past year, I wanted to do something special for the children to help make their event – maybe a little more fun and exciting…...so i decided to make them a pumpkin bean bag toss game. No plans as usual, I just grabbed a piece of plywood I had in my garage and started drawing and cutting….its nothing too fancy, but easy for the children.
At the night of the event, the bean bag toss game seemed to be a hit. The children enjoyed it and it made me feel good on the inside. Now I will just have to come up with some new games for next year.
