Three Friends, Two Dogs And One Futon... Make One Lovely Photo Series

"My friends went on a summer long roadtrip in their van," explains Redditor thezim0090, "and decided to capture the memory of their different destinations and environments by taking pictures seated on the futon from their van."



The result is this absolutely lovely set of photos: three friends and two dogs sitting on their futon sofa in front of lakes and mountains, in fields and forests, on beaches and railways and more:







Thezim0090 later wrote that the girl in the photos "explained to me that they had the idea to use the 'imperfection' of the portraits to reflect the imperfections that the three of them saw in humanity when compared to nature."
