The shooter in an infamous Vietnam execution photo opened a pizzeria in Virginia after the war!

General Nguyen Ngoc Loan of the South Vietnam Army was made internationally famous when Eddie Adams took a picture of the General executing a Viet Cong prisoner. The picture was broadcast all around the world as an anti-war symbol.

General Loan's reputation was tarnished, as many people viewed him as an evil person who brutishly killed an innocent man.

However, Eddie Adams says that General Loan was killing a man who was responsible for torturing American soldiers. Adams denied a Pulitzer Prize, as he felt incredibly for destroying General Loan's image. For the rest of his life, Adams defended General Loan time and time again.

As for Nguyen Ngoc Loan, he Vietnam around the time Saigon fell in 1975 and he moved to America. He opened up a small pizza restaurant in Burke, Virginia.

It wasn't long before someone recognized him, and he had to shut down the restaurant after receiving many threats. The last time Eddie Adams visited the restaurant, he saw the words "We know who you are f**ker" written on the bathroom walls. If you want to look at the picture, it's here. We gotta warn you it can be disturbing to some.

Blockbuster had the chance to buy Netflix for $50 MILLION in 2000!

Blockbuster had the chance to buy Netflix for $50 MILLION in 2000!

In 1998 Reed Hastings grew tired of having to pay the absurdly high late fees bestowed upon him by Blockbuster.

He didn't just complain, he thought of an alternative system to renting movies. Hastings dreamed big, worked hard, and Netflix was born.

In 2000, Reed Hastings approached Blockbuster to try and sell his company to them, however Blockbuster denied the offer saying there was no future in that business. Oops.

For four long years, Blockbuster ignored the fact that Netflix was on the up swing and rapidly growing in popularity. Finally, in 2004, Blockbuster tried getting in the market of home delivery. It was much too late, Netflix and Redbox were already dominating the market.

Today, blockbuster had to file for bankruptcy. Even during Blockbuster's dying days, the CEO arrogantly said ”I’ve been frankly confused by this fascination that everybody has with Netflix …

Netflix doesn’t really have or do anything that we can’t or don’t already do ourselves.” Essentially, he said that Netflix is worth no real threat.

In 2012, Netflix earned over $3,000,000,000 in revenue. Blockbuster could have made the best business move of all time - instead of the worst.

This Map Showing What Each Country Leads The World In Is Really Quite Cool

We’re suddenly not feeling quite so proud to be British.

Everyone thinks there's something that they're the best at. With the aid of this rather impressive map, website DOGHOUSEDIARIES has put this to the test.

The map shows what almost every country is best at when compared to the rest of the world. Some are things that would make you proud (Brazil), while others — like the U.K. — perhaps aren't things you'd like to shout about. You can see the full map below, and then we've split it up by continent.

A woman dropped her 2 year old son into a pit of African wild dogs. She sued the zoo for negligence!

In a tragic turn of events, a 2-year-old-boy named Maddox died when his mother dropped him into a pit of African Wild Dogs during his trip to the zoo with his parents.

Jason and Elizabeth Derkosh, perhaps because they were grieving and not thinking rationally, or because they refuse to accept the blame, are suing the zoo for negligence and not having a large enough barrier to prevent parents from holding their children up to better see the exhibit.

According to the legal argument presented by the Derkosh's says that the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium needs to have more obvious warnings of the dangers of holding your children up to see the exhibit, like so many other zoo's across the country!
